Mariangela Soto

Mariangela is an attorney with over ten years of experience as a Legal Associate at Amzak Capital Management, LLC (“Amzak”), where she was responsible for reviewing and drafting legal documents for international transactions across various sectors, including telecommunications, manufacturing, services, healthcare venture capital, and real estate investments.

Throughout her career, she supported due diligence processes and Private Equity transactions, gaining solid expertise in international mergers and acquisitions, corporate formation, syndicated loans, bidding processes, real estate acquisitions, and restructuring and insolvency matters.

She holds a Law Degree from Universidad Fermín Toro in Venezuela, where she is licensed to practice, and a Master’s Degree in International Law and International Relations from Universidad Complutense de Madrid, where she currently resides. In addition, she completed specialized studies in U.S. Legal English at George Washington University Law School. She is fluent in both Spanish and English.
